ABOUT ME
I’m Michelle, born and raised in Toronto, and I’ve spent most of my career in the tech-startup world and agency space. After working with Fortune 500 clients, I saw firsthand how often smaller businesses get overlooked, not because they lack talent or passion, but because they don’t have the massive budgets agencies expect.
I built Ascent to change that.
I believe great design should be accessible, not intimidating. Websites shouldn’t take months, cost a fortune, or feel like a mystery. They should be beautiful, functional and built with the people behind the business in mind.
Today, I create approachable digital design for founders and local businesses who deserve to look as good online as any global brand.
Outside of work, I’m still a long-suffering Toronto Maple Leafs fan, a loyal re-watcher of 2000s teen dramas, and an occasional deep diver on r/vanderpumprules. If your business needs a modern glow-up and you appreciate a good pop-culture reference, we’ll get along just fine.
